2G Radiator fans not working

hello guys and gals,i need some inputs here; i have an issue with my radiator fans aren't kicking on but when i check the box on ecmlink to run them,they kick on with no issue,anyone had this problem before
already change thermostat,new ecu temperature sensor also flushed the cooling system
and issue still there.
can anyone help me out!?

Log temp. Is ecu actually seeing correct temp to call for fans?

it seems like it's reading correctly, i have an aftermarket temp gauge and both are showing the same numbers!

I'm working out of town! Therefore I'm not gonna be able to drive it till next weekend (I hope so) but definitely I'll be posting it!

Quick question: Is there an option on ECMLink to set up at what temp the fans kicks on?
