Ok i finally got a bullet proof leak tester built and ive got it it to the point where it will go from 20psi to 15psi in 10 seconds 15psi to 10psi in 15 seconds and 1min 30sec to get to zero. the only thing i can tell is leaking is the mbc and its not leaking that much but when im driving i get to 11psi and it flutters and the power is gone.

The only way you are really going to know if there are leaks is if you get some soap and water and put it in a mist bottle. Then pressureize the system again, and spray every area that could leak (couplers, tb, turbo elbow, intake manifold, ect...) And yes if you have a bleed type of MBC then take that off for now, and just loop the wastegate to intake vacuum source.

So could it be a code? Ok I thought we had all the leaks fixed, new couplers, crushed bov, new injector seals, and rvt ed all gaskest. Man this is fristerating.

It is a ball and screw mbc, and when it is plugged we can't hear any leaks.

OK no leaks after we just tested it.

But took the oil cap off and can hear what sounds like bubbling oil, its like its gurgling. What does it all mean.

Well correct me if I am wrong but with the TB plate closed then pressurized air can only enter the engine through two locations. The vaccum line on the side of the head and the compressor seal in the turbo. If you are hearing a bubbling sound then remove that vacuum line and retest.
