Cawston,
Ok so my car has not been boosting right latly so i did a boost leak test I Have found what I think are 3 leaks One at the throttle body elbow gasket one at the intake manifold gasket and one coming out of the screw that adjusts the idle. What could Cause that screw to leak? and how hard is it to pull the intake manifold It seems like a really big job I might have to take it to a shop. How long does it take you guys and how hard is it.

BISS o-ring, a very common leak. Remove the screw and replace the o-ring.

More of a PITA job than a difficult job, as long as you're patient and follow directions in the service manual, you should be fine. The hardest part is getting to the bottom 4 12 mm bolts, you can access them from the bottom after you remove the DP if you're unable to reach them from the top. I would also suggest replacing the injector seals since you'll have to remove the rail.

The BISS o-rings are easy to find if you go to any lowes or home depot store. I found mine at like 10 for $.90 so they are not that expensive.
