I recently got a 91 eclipse gsx and currently just rebuilt the top end since the previous owner had the timing jumped. I have also retorqued and put brand new gaskets through out it. The specs on the car are as follows.

Wiesco 9:1 pistons
Eagle rods
maf translator
walboro 255
FIC 750
Bastard 20g
Moates ostrich 2.0
ECU was rebuilt and socketed
New spark plugs wires, cas, ignition pack, transistor
Boost gauge
Palm Logger
AVCR
All emissions and a/c have been removed from the car.
It has a new timing belt and tensioner and is timed correctly.
The cas is set correctly as well.
The egr and the isc motor have been deleted with the block off plates.

I will be replacing the ect and o2 sensor when my friend heads over in a bit.

The problem I have is that the car will start up then stall out. It tries to idle but won't keep idling. I need a base map for the moates ostrich 2.0, I tried to use TunerRT to set one up from learning. I'm pretty much stumped if someone can help please let me know. Also I went threw and checked for vaccum leaks on the intake and closed up all the unused ones.

This should help.

You can also download the basic/stock BIN/Definition files from the TunerPro RT Website.

If you tried editing one up from scratch, you likely have your Injector sizes, deadtimes, or Fuel map FUBAR'd. Go back to the stock settings on the Ostrich unit and see if she'll fire up.

When I give it gas it still just stalls straight out. I tried giving it a base map and that didn't work. I'm about to change the coolant temp sensor and see if that'll help.

I'm about to convert the car to speed density as I believe the maf-t box itself is damaged. The car will start right up everytime then die. I adjusted the idle manually hoping it was that. I checked the tps sensor and set it to .9 ohms.

The car runs and idles now. :) What I found out was the previous owner did a shoddy job at wiring when I switched it to speed density. Thanks for the help though guys.
