Thanks guys

It gets hooked up between the waste gate and a pressure source ideally off of the compressor housing. BCS is bypassed as well.

Do not tee into the line going to the BOV. The BOV and wastegate require their own dedicated lines for proper function.

That first line you pointed to, is a coolant line. You can not hook up a boost controller there. You will want to hook it up between the nipple on the turbo and the wastegate actuator (the vaccum that t's off)

Let this pitcure be your guide

That's probably the best/simplest way iit can be described

Do I unplug the hose thats on the wastegate now? And leave it off?

The hose from the wastegate needs to go into the boost controller so the boost controller can still send boost to it to actuate it. Then the other side of the boost controller has to go to the boost source nipple that is on your T25 so that it can "bleed off" the extra boost and route the "altered" boost to the wastegate.

Yes, any vacuum lines that are going to the turbo and BCS are taken off. Use the supplied hoses and put one end on the nipple on the compressor cover, plug the MBC inlet onto the end of the line, put the other part of the line on the outlet side of the MBC and route that hose to the waste gate actuator nipple.

Have the MBC turned all the way soft so you run waste gate pressure and then slowly turn it harder until you reach your desired boost level not exceeding 15psi.

Shorter the lines the better.

Here's a pic from a similar thread. All the lines you need when installing a mbc.

Ok, Ok i got it, thank you, should i have the MBC loose or bolt it down somewhere?

Bolt it down.

Here is where I put mine, the lines are not connected in this picture because I was getting boost creep so it was useless.

I'd bolt it down somewhere so it doesn't go where it doesn't need to be, like the cooling fans. You can get this type of clamp in various sizes from lowes pretty cheap. looks like what SpawnedX used.

After Running all around town to find the right Vac size, Am i supposed to unplug/leave the boost control solenoid plug out.. Am i supposed to just have the Wastegate line to the boost controller then the the turbo housing? What happens to the third line?

You leave the solenoid plugged in as IIRC you will get a CEL if you unplug it. I may be wrong on that however and it won't hurt anything having it unplugged.

What 3rd line are you talking about? There should only be 2 lines used total. Once off the compressor housing and one off of the wastegate actuator. Both lines go to the MBC. The nipple on the intake pipe that was used and plumbed into the stock system needs plugged up with a vacuum cap.

One thing I would like to point out, is that there is a real inconsistency with if you get a CEL or not on 2Gs when pulling the BCS. I personally did not get one. So you will have to trial and error it.

i mean the third line on the T that was connected with the wastegate and turbo housing i thought it was going to the bcs

Leave the third line out. Just cap it off at the bcs. All you need is the line going from the turbo to the MBC and from the MBC to the wastegate actuator.

As stated, you have the pictures and descriptions of what goes where. Rip all of stock stuff out and forget about how many lines there were. You only need 2.

Xsboost:

The only cap that needs to be put on is on the nipple that is on the intake pipe. The BCS doesn't need any caps if left on, it's only a solenoid.

Sorry about that. That's what I meant. I got a little sidetracked with a crying baby. thanks for correcting me. Cap the nipple on the intake that used to go to the bcs, is what I was thinking when I posted.

Being that it is a solenoid, if there is no air flowing through it, it can not leak air. Simple as that. No need to cap it off. Just pull the vaccum lines off of it and you will be set. And then plug the nipple labeled "plug" like in the above picture I posted.

Got it all done Guys, Had a little trouble with the damn MBC it being used.. But I tuned it to boost 14 steady for now.. And the intake adds a nice sound.. Unfortunetly the K&N i bought doesnt fit -_- Thanks for all your help!

For anyone else needing help that doesn't have a VAC port on the turbo or J pipe, you can run your MBC like this.
