help!! what is this??

does anyone know where this leads to I looked at the diagram under the hood but it didnt seem to show the set of three nozzels left to the air temp. sensor. WTF
it seems to be part of the emissions system but im not sure.

If the emission label don't show it it's probably connects to something not related to the engine. Check HVAC system or cruise system???

thanks im gonna lift it up this weekend and trace it back cuz i cant find anything in the manual about it.
I just ran a compression test and it did 203 180 200 176 but its smoking a little and is not running great
