help: replace upper and lower control arm now sits low

I replace upper and lower control arm, and spindle hub assembly now the car sits low. could it be my shocks are blown? it looks like i need an alignment the top of the tire goes inward. it has a stock spring. can someone tell me whats going on?

Pictures would really assist you in getting help. It is hard for us to determine the problem (mechanic/part error) without being able to clearly see the issue.
