Help Please Car Does Not Run Right

i have a 99 gst and i had boost leaks in several places the throttle body shaft seals and fuel injectors lowering seal i replaced that but i have a question when i pump the air into the turbo i get the pressure all over the places and i dont know if it should be there like for example from the place where i check the oil level meter and the only boost leak i have right now is from the oil cap i was thinking of changing the cap but im not sure if it supposed to have pressure there. my car runs good if you press the gas peddal a little you can feel the boost and when you press it like half way or floor it the car starts to shake real bad and its like gun shots from my exhaust but when the rpm goes over 5k it goes better. i was thinking that i could be a boost leak but im not sure right now but i still have a check engine light on so i think i got to check why its on. i dont know whats wrong can anyone help?

hey man try taking out pcv valve from v/c and remove oil cap then check for boost leaks again. you want to also hold the tb a wot when doing a boost leak. goodluck

so you are saying that if i take out pcv and oil cap there should not be a boost leak from the valve cover? because i actually do have leaks from the oil cap and from the hose that comes from the valve cover and goes into the intake and also from the oil meter tester thats weird. if i have air there what could be wrong? if anyone could help i would really appresiate thank you.
