Help on strange noise

I just put a QM Twin clutch and can't figure out what the hell this noise is. It seems to do it in every gear on a pulll. It doesn't do it by just revving the car. I have a log of a 3rd gear pull, but the video I'll post is of a 2nd gear pull. I also noticed that my idler pulley is VERY loose. I haven't looked into it, but I already ordered a new OEM one in case the bearing is bad. Has anyone ever heard of this noise?

Don't mess around with timing stuff. Get that fixed! I could not get the video but that pulley very well could be your noise.
