would runnin my car with the idle screw totally out of the throttle body hurt the engine severly at all? it has only been run for like 5 miles without it? i didnt do it, so dont yell at me, HELP PLEASE

It will idle like crap but it wont hurt it, but I would get it replaced asap.

i would imagine that it would not open the throttle body at all, so you would have to give it a little gas to start it up.

shouldnt do any damage though

its like havin a hole in yer intake system is all.
no major harm.
