help im not passing smog!!

Can anybody tell me why Im not passing smog?? I passed everything except for the function part. My ecu is not throwing any codes, we did a readiness test status and here are the results:
misfire status - complete
fuel status - complete
comprehensive status - complete
catalyst status - not complete
heated catalyst status - not available
evaporative status - not complete
secondary air status - not available
ac status - not available
oxygen status - not complete
oxygen heater status - not complete
egr status - not complete

DTC reported:
There are no codes to report!

The mechanic told me that it could be my ecu. Anybody please help! Thanks!

where are you complete numbers? i.e. Nox, co, o2 and stuff like that?

I passed on visual and emissions with flying colors, but if you want I can give you all the numbers. The part that I failed on was the function part, which we ran that test on and thats the results.

Don't feel bad. It took me an honest 40 minutes to find it. And people think I know what I'm doing.
