Help identifying these rims

I baught this set of rims and cant seem to find what they are. On the center cap it says JR-1 But i cant find anything but japan racing and cant find the exact model. Also Im tryin to find the offset and I know i can measure but i just want to know the model. In the pics you can see whats stamped.

Those are R1 Racing Wheels GTR10.

They apparently only came in a +40 offset

I searched and searched and couldn't find that. Only thing that would come up was japan racing. Is there a price and where to buy them? And thanks for the link.
