Hey everyone so I need my whole fuel system stuff replaced. I had a mechanic come over and check my fuel pump and it was rusted and smelled of old gas. I need help finding a fuel line, fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel rail, and fuel injectors for my 1998 Eclipse Spyder GS.

I’m really new to these DSM’s and I’m finding it difficult to find the parts that will fit my specific car. I already tried CARID but if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I wouldn't say old fuel and a bit of rust is means to replace the entire fuel system. You need to look inside the tank, and inside the fuel rail. Don't assume everything is junk. Some components can be cleaned, and some will clean themselves once fresh fuel is pumped through.

RockAuto is (sometimes) a good source for finding standard replacement parts, and they have a fuel pump for your application. The fuel tank cannot be purchased new, so you'd have to find a used one - but I would thoroughly inspect the one you have first and see if it can't be flushed. I've replaced fuel pumps in much worse condition than yours and the tank was entirely re-usable.
