1G Help needed with fuel system set up

Was curious if anybody else has ran their fuel system like this, and is it ok to run it like this. Thankyou in advance.

Your pressure regulator should be after the rail and before the return to tank if that makes sense. Your current setup would only control pressure in the line from the tank to the pressure regulator. Fuel pressure needs to be controlled for the injector's sake which is at the rail as previously mentioned.
 
Exactly what I was curious of. I have a no start situation. Thought it was my CAS but looking more like fuel pressure issue. Thankyou guys
 
Quick update, i swapped around the fuel lines and the regulator. Car started right up!! Thanks again for the quick replys.
