help... emissions and multiple things wrong (logger numbers)

i couldnt pass emissions being 6 times the legal limit so i ordered up a logger to see wuts up.
(i was way rich) but i think the logger has given me hints on whats wrong... here are the numbers


the car is a 1997 gsx awd with 102 miles.. pretty much all stock with just a intake and bov... so not much.


i drove the car for 20 miles and didnt get much pass 50 mph (all snow packed)

the good..
load base ranged from 10-40 %
timing ranged fro -3 - 30 degrees
short term fuel trim 0 - 17 (dont know units)
air temp 33 - 46
o2 # 2 0- 980 micro volts


THE BAD
timig air flow rate .... o! ( i dont get how this can be but still run)
02 #1 .... 0! ....somtimes it spiked but very little
long fuel trim .... 0 what is this? LOL


any help would be awsome..

also there are no codes being thrown out...so im quit confused

update ...

installed new 02 sensor and got some good news

now the 02 #1 has good voltage readings
and the long fuel trim also has readings between -4 - 0 (not sue of units)

now that is left is the intake air flow rate that is reading 0

i am still puzzled why i do not get and engine code and the car still runs just fine. ty again :)
 
What type of emissions do you have in Colorado? Is it the OBD-II or the tail pipe test?

EDIT -> Nevermind, I just re-read you post. I see it's the tail pipe test.

It would be helpful if you could post up your emissions results. Also, you said:

Are you saying that both your timing and airflow number on the logger are at 0?
 
have you checked the wiring connection up to the Mass Air Flow Sensor? Do you have or any of your friends have another 2G MAF that you can try?

Are you recirculating the BOV back into the intake pipe?
