HELP!! CEL out of nowhere

Ok I took my intake off last night to put a new filter on went back outside today hooked the intake back up and now there is a CEL. I have no clue why because nothing else was changed?? Now I have a pocketlogger running MMCD, and I have heard you can clear the CEL with that correct me if I am wrong. If so could someone tell me how to clear it, or do you think it is worth looking into further? I did notice my idle was a little higher. It's usually at 900, and now its probably 1300. Or maybe if someone has experienced this before and could give me some information to what it could be. I greatly appreciate it.

yes you can read and clear cods with mmcd. just go into test then hit read after you fix what it is thers a clear button. hope that helps.

Did you remember to plug in the MAFS? Check the connection, make sure its good.
