missfiring out of nowhere!!

the car is a 92 eclipse gst stick,it has a new 90 ecu(switched the wires)car ran fine for about a week.i put the car on the road(replaced the clutch and trans) and now 3 days later i head to go to work and im driving car runs fine and i stop for a light .all of a sudden when i go to take off the car is idling at 200 rpm and its missfiring throughtout the driving speed range with no check engine light. i pull the plugs out and 2 of them are black and 2 are normal. i checked the coil pack, and wires it all checked out fine i even replaced the cas can anyone tell me what to check next.

it missfires now all the time by the way
 
well i tested the coil according to the haynes manuel it tested good passed all tests i havnt checked the power transistor yet i will as soon as this rain stops

i was reading in the forums that the power transistor are a most common problem with missfiring as soon as i test it i will report back its number 1 and 4 missfiring
 
to let all u guys know i tested the power transistor and it tested bad i replaced it and the car runs awsome thanks guys for all the help
