There is nothing "hellaflush" about that 1g. Note the corrected camber, reasonable ride height, and wheels that sit within the tires' rim protector.

No rules have been broken, but I concur on the sentiment in bold.I think it's time this crap gets closed. Besides if we don't support street racing, we shouldn't support going above the mechanical limitations in a manner unsafe to others on the road either.

I thought this was going to be a thread showing off some nice wheel fitment on DSM's:disappointed:. And since when is have proper wheel fitment considered being a ricer? Maybe we don't all think its cool to rock out some pepboys, 17x7 +34 that are sunken battleship so bad you can fit you hed between the tire and the fender. Have any of you ever driven a car with stretched tires? Stretch tires are done for a reason, they handle amazingly. You should never have a tire that's wider than the rim, so if you do the math, a 225 tire should be mounted on a 9" rim, not bulging over your 7". These are things you will learn when you start setting cars up for road racing and time attack.
?Uh, 17x7 +34 will be roughly even with the wheel well. Also, you probably meant "head".And since when is have proper wheel fitment considered being a ricer? I've driven a car with 225s on a 10". It did not handle "amazingly" and isn't the reason for "Hellaflush". (see thread title)Have any of you ever driven a car with stretched tires? Stretch tires are done for a reason, they handle amazingly.

Who spells "DSM" wrong? Seriously?

Over in Subaru land we call it "aggressive wheels." I can pull plenty of examples, I just happen to have some from the Forester site. Those bagged cars that are super stretched look goofy, but I dont care. Drifters always seem to run a bit of stretch, maybe added sidewall stiffness?

Agreed, It will never sit right with dsm guys. Most dsm guys dont appreciate anything nice, nor do they care to have anything nice. They just want big power, the cheapest way they can get it. There are only a select few dsms that I even like anymore. Most are just quickly put together garbage.
Sorry, but its true.

, especially when they can't even tell you the last time they changed their oil, because they need to do everything to save their money for new tires.
