Heard a quiet 3" muffler/resonator before?

I just wanted to get input from you guys on what's the quietest 3" muffler or 3" resonator you've heard before. I've got an RNR 3" exhaust w/ highflow cat which I've added a magnaflow resonator onto and it is still too loud. I've actually gotten 2 tickets for it in the last month. I'm looking to either replace the muffler or add another resonator (the magnaflow one barely made a difference). One other thing I'm particular about is that it must flow well. I know I could just get a super restrictive muffler and that'd take care of it.

I know my RSR is dead quiet as far as exhaust systems go. The only resonator/muffler I've heard of that makes a huge difference is actually the magniflow. How about Extrememotorsports.com's 3" resonator?

My 3" magnaflow muff is nice and quiet, I have a 3" cat also.

I bought a 3inch muffler from a local shop. Came with a silencer and is pretty quiet with it in.

My magnaflow is pretty loud, deep, but loud. I put in a 18" bullet muffler (JEG'S $30) and when I stay around 1k-3.5k it is pretty quiet. Not totally, but enough to not wake up the neighbor.
