Headlight and tail lamp wont turn on

95 gsx...
just right now i was fixing these hids in my lamp assembly and grounded these 2 wires then suddenly my tail lamp my backlight gauge cluster my headlights and brights stopped working!
also on my cluster the battery light and brake light are on when i turn on the car.

i had a 30 fuse where the 15 fuse is supposed to be for the tail lamp.
took it out and popped in a 15 and it still isnt working . my lheadlights wont turn on either or my brights wtf happned??! please help i have to work in 4 hours!

There are 2 fuses for the Tail Lights, and there is a Relay as well.
One of the 2 fuses blow up, or the Relay could be mist up.
Check at the engine bay (Fuse Box), One fuse is big kind of square (30amp I think), it looks like the alternator fuse, Check that is in good conditions, Also check the relay as well, It is in the same fuse box, check for the other fuse (15amp I think).

Check all that and report back the results.

It was the 40a fuse for the headlamps !! Thank you dude , pointed me in the right direction. Electronics are not my strong point.
