I'm at work, so i don't have a whole lot of time to search.

Will a 1G 6bolt Turbo HEAD bolt directly onto a 2G 7bolt block? No fabbing?

If so, what all has to be done?

Thanks.

it's still a 4g63 engine the only difference in the 6bolt to 7 bolt is the crank/ bolts on the flywheel so yes a 2g head will bolt right on a 1g block

Vice Versa man. >__>

6bolt turbo head on 7bolt Turbo Block.

Yes it will bolt up fine. The 1g head has 12mm head bolt holes and the 2g head has 11mm holes. The head is positioned to the block with locating dowel pins which are the same for 1g and 2g heads. But the intake ports are different. So, if you use the 1g head get a 1g intake manifold to go with it. I hope this helps.
