Head Rebuild Guide?

I need a head rebuild guide for a 420a I don't know how to put my head back together I don't even know what the pieces are called as I kinda got told screw you have an enigine rebuild on a car thats complicated.

I saw that I did google I need one for everything I have the valves put in but nothing else only valves I need to put in my cams and assemble ti gaskets and all because I want to have her built hopefully running tonight/tomorrow's ams

That would be great, and will translate some, but jafro doesnt do much, if any, 420a stuff.
