Is their a step by step guide for rebuilding a 6 bolt?

there arent any rebuild guides that ive come accross yet. But what you may want to try is looking into build blogs. There are a couple of them on here that are like 25+ pages. with pictures practically every step of the way. they also have info on problems that came up. etc etc. I would def do a search on rebuilds in the forums and look the build blog with the most pages and take a peek. I found one months ago that i should have subscribed because it might has well been a rebuild guide. Just go looking, all the info your ever going to need is on this site. Or somebody with more knowledge will point you in the right direction.

I found the complete 90-92 service manual somewhere online that i downloaded. There was a also a separate engine guide. Google it.

yeah i found one for a 2g on here. helped me a lot for the timing and all that. make sure to use OEM belts, otherwise you will get the dreaded squeak like my alternator belt.... gotta go to the dealer pretty so, drives the crap otta me

that is actually well worth the $5 day pass.. I found like 3 manuals on there for engine/and chassis stuff.
