Head gasket is goin out. What parts should I replace!?

My head gasket is dieing. I did a leak down test and cylinder 2 hold 0psi. 100% lose. The air comes out of cylinder 4 which leads me to believe it's a head gasket.

I'm going to get a metal head gasket and arp head studs. I put on 40,000 miles from the last timeing belt change. What else should I replace while I'm in there. I think I need a couple special tools but besides that I'm not sure...first time doing a head gasket and timing job. Can I just remove the main timing belt and leave the rest on to speed things up?

Just looking for ideas on what else I'll need or replace.

I installed the EVOIII and FMIC last winter. Think I should just pull the turbo and manifold off with the head ot should I remove the manny and turbo? from the head? Also what about the intake manifold? Should I leave that on or take it of with the head? Gonna be heavy as hell!

Take the time to remove anything thats in the way, take your time and do it right. Its a pain in the butt. Of course speaking as this is my first rebuild of a dsm motor.
