Havn't been on here in a while, weird belt noise with video

Hello,

I haven't been on here in a couple of years. I bought a GST, tried updating my profile to include it but I need a image.. But anyways my belts making a weird noise when I give the car gas.

I recorded it and in the video the noise is only present when I'm revving the engine a little.

It is not the alternator's serpentine belt.

Anyone ever encounter this before?

the pulleys sometime go bad water pump or power steering water pump is cheap and general maintenance anyway
