Did you block the nipple on your j pipe??? The BCS has a T that goes to the wastegat and j pipe nipple. Im writing from my phone but it looks like you have the j pipe nipple blocked off from what i can see.

I was at 15/16 on stock fuel system with a rewire. If I had my 255 and AFPR then I am sure it wouldnt have been a problem. It was probably the pump not being able to push out enough fuel.

Fuel cut has nothing to do with fuel other than the ECU stops supplying it when you hit fuel cut (it "cuts fuel"). It's when the ECU detects too much airflow and is saving your ass by killing spark and fuel when you overboost.

I agree. If you're not using the nipple on the j-pipe for a boost source, where are you getting it? Try connecting a rubber hose from the j-pipe nipple straight to the WGA nipple and see if that helps. That would bypass your boost controller and should net you around 12psi boost (not sure what the WGA pressure is on a 14b). If it doesn't it may be boost creep, bad WGA, or sticking WG. But creep on a 14b with an open exhaust is absolutely no suprise.

i have a stock turbo set up on my car. 4g63 motor with a stock turbo set up. when im driving and a stomp on it it hits about 4500 rpms then pooowwww and when i let off an get back on its fine ? what is going on ? help would be greatly appreciated

Read everything above your post. Your question is essentially identical to the OP's.

ill say boost leak in your situation.

im not sure but it looks like your WGA mount is bent and making it not open. this happened to me and i was boosting to about 25 and then blew off my lower intercooler pipe. check to see if you can move the lever from the gold can. if you cant open it then that might be your problem.
just my 2 cents though

what do you mean WGA mount is broken? it suppose to be bent like that.

i was jsut taking a guess. the mount that holds the gold can was slightly bent in on mine which wasnt allowing the lever to open. it was making me over boost like no other.

im sorry i just had a total brain fart. since you have an older car then me you have a different turbo so the WGA is in a different spot. you can disreguard my post. im sorry for being such an idiot haha

Connect a hose from the boost source, to the wastegate, exactly as shown here. Then test drive it and see what it boosts to.

Dude, the beginning of your sentence is missing. FYI: That capped off line on your J-pipe is your boost source, your stock boost source. That's what opens your wastegate. Having the wastegate connected to the solenoid alone, your wastegate will never open.

so hook it up to the wastegate only

Yes, boost source to wastegate only! Then if it boosts to 7 psi you know it works.

After that, you can hook it up in the stock configuration like this:

Then it should boost to 11psi or whatever stock is. I hope you didn't throw away the inline orfice when you changed your hose.

Dude I told you a half dozen times to hook to the wastegate only. Then test drive it and see what your boost pressure is. How can you say you have it hooked to the boost source on the J-pipe when your picture shows the j-pipe nipple plugged. No offense, but you need to set down the crack pipe, and connect the hose from the J-pipe to the wastegate (once again), and see if your boost is under control.

I wasn't trying to confuse you, I was just trying to show you how it is supposed to be run with a tee fitting. That way AFTER you establish that you have a working wastegate, you could hook it up the right way. I have to go to work now and fix peoples cars for money, so good luck.

i did that and it still boosting at 25psi but for a min there it would only o to 7psi but after it would go 25 psi how do i fix this?
