I am running 3 inch open dp with no other piping whatsoever. I dont have any problems. Then again I have a ported turbo and O2 dump. Maybe that has an effect

Does these pics look correct? the hose going from the wastegate to the boost solenoid i put a thicker/bigger hose on it bc other was ruined could this cause it?
I was at 15/16 on stock fuel system with a rewire. If I had my 255 and AFPR then I am sure it wouldnt have been a problem. It was probably the pump not being able to push out enough fuel.
Did you block the nipple on your j pipe??? The BCS has a T that goes to the wastegat and j pipe nipple. Im writing from my phone but it looks like you have the j pipe nipple blocked off from what i can see.
i have a stock turbo set up on my car. 4g63 motor with a stock turbo set up. when im driving and a stomp on it it hits about 4500 rpms then pooowwww and when i let off an get back on its fine ? what is going on ? help would be greatly appreciated
im not sure but it looks like your WGA mount is bent and making it not open. this happened to me and i was boosting to about 25 and then blew off my lower intercooler pipe. check to see if you can move the lever from the gold can. if you cant open it then that might be your problem.
just my 2 cents though
i t'd iot of to the boost solenoid from the wga
the sensor ting on top of the air can, like it was stock.. I found a big boost leak between my TB and IM the gasket is bad.
so hook it up to the wastegate only
Yes, boost source to wastegate only! Then if it boosts to 7 psi you know it works.
After that, you can hook it up in the stock configuration like this:You must be logged in to view this image or video.
Then it should boost to 11psi or whatever stock is. I hope you didn't throw away the inline orfice when you changed your hose.
