has anyone used Tactrix tuning program to tune their GSX? if so, what do u think about the program? is it just direct plug in to the obd2 plug in?

Tatricx 2.0 is the device used to hook up to the obd2 port ECUFlash is the program. There are many of us using it. But its recomended if you have to purchase an ecu you should just go with dsmlink. If you have a 98-99 ecu you can get into Ecuflash cheaper but there is less support and not as many features as DSMLink. Also being that you have a 95 you may want to check and see if you have an EPROM necessary for DSMLink.

Yeah Im still running the stock ecu...is there anything else I need in order to use tactrix? Sorry very new to DSM's but learning really fast thanks to everyone on dsmtuners

Hes saying if you want to use that cable you need a 98/99 ecu, where yours being a 95 may have an eprom ecu from the factory which is what you need for dsmlink (and a different cable) and dsmlink is a better tuning option over the ecuflash program you use with the tactrix cable.

If you are going to go with the 98+ ecu and the tractix OP2.0 Cable, you will also need the additional reflash connector

(Mitsubishi Reflash Connector)

The OP2.0 will allow you to data log with EvoScan, but no much else. To download the car's current tune, modify it and re-upload, you'll need that second connector as well as the ECUFlash software.

It is a great tuning tool. I have a Jestr dyno tune flashed to my 98 ECU and am running flawlessly on the mods listed in my profile.

Ecuflash is a perfectly capable tuning software, but there's no sense in swapping from a more capable ecu (if it has an EPROM) to something less capable. By the time all is said and done, you'd have spent as much as link and only went backward in tuning capability.
