Just wondering if anyone bought this before. It looks good and the guy selling them is really cool.

Yea he's got some cheaper ones and some really nice tuning ones. I'm going to pick one up to day.

For this price you might consider a cable and software from evoscan.

For that much I'd rather buy or make a serial port cable to connect to the OBD port, buy a Keyspan adapter and download Palm OS Emulator for free and log on my laptop.

I have a palm m105 i paid $5 for, mmcd free software, and a home made cable.

I agree thats too expensive. The logging software he shows in the picture can be downloaded for free and that Palm can be had for around $20 shipped. I picked up a brand new cable myself for $25 shipped. Save some money and piece together your own datalogger. Personally I like the Palm M130 way better than the IIIc Do yourself a favor and def get one with a color screen and a built in rechargeable battery. Its much easier to read while driving.

Hey justin is there a tutorial or place to buy that because it seems your guys ideas are way cheaper and If they work with a laptop then it seems a lot better.
