Ok im re doing the whole enginebay motor harness on my 98 gst. All i can find is a harness for a. 98gst automatic car. My car is a 5 speed. My question is will a automatic harness work for my manual car?

From what I heard no it wont work with out modification, you'd have to delete the TCU wiring etc going to the transmission.
Your better off just getting a speed harness so you don't have to mess around deleting wires.

Ok thanks. Does anybody know where i can order a new or used full engine harness?

I don't know if you can buy them new anymore, but a good place to look is here in the market place or a local wrecker. Make sure nothings cut/ dont cut any wires on the harness unless you know what they are and dont need them.
by the way why do you need a new harness? you can redo the looming on yours and clean up the connectors, then she'll look like new.

well the guy i bought it from rigged up a lot of connectors. i have no idea what he was doing so ill rather start new and know everything that i have done to it. a lot less headaches
