This car has multiple problems. There is a random miss. There is an idle problem. Dash light says "Check Engine Soon." It is an automatic. The existing condition is that it idles high in park and neutral. In reverse it has an OK idle. So, when traffic is stopped, I put it in reverse and keep my foot on the break. To engage, I move quickly from reverse to drive. If I stay in drive, the miss keeps pumping the car forward. I'm not clear about the relationship between the automatic transmission and the idle. I have heard of some solenoids in an automatic transmission.

Coil packs have been changed. I[m waiting on some new spark plugs. I hope doing the plugs will help solve the miss.

I sprayed some carb cleaner inside the intake. Replaced the biss screw with one that fits. Now the car will not even turn over. Waiting on parts and OBD. I think the fuel injectors are clogged.
