Hairline cracks in timing belt?

My timing belt has less than 20K miles on it, and i checked it out today an it seems to have some very small hairline cracks on it that you can see right as it goes around the cam gear.

Should i be worried about this?

I plan on changing it within the next 1000 miles anyway, unless iam otherwise directed.

It has a small amount of oil on the side due to a FMS leak.

any advise would be greatly appreciated.

When it comes to timing belts dont play around on these cars, replace it ASAP. Oil is hell on a timing belt.

Change it ASAP, most people aren't lucky enough to catch it in time.
