Resolved Hacked up 2g coilpack wiring

So there has always been a nest of electrical tape by my coilpack and I decided to see what suprises layed inside.. Well, Yeah...

Now im definitely gonna solder all these connections but I just want to make sure they are all connected right... I think the reason for this is the car came with an msd dis 2, it was engine bay, just not hooked up and the harness was all messed up, now I know why . Im kind of thinking of putting it back in yet but I want to make sure the stock setup is wired correctly first. By the way, I had no problems that I was aware of, just was curious, who knows, maybe the car does have a spark problem and I just don't know because the car has always been like this.Thanks everybody

Well it at least looks like the harness wires end up in the correct places: Blue-black to 2/3 coil primary; Blue-red to 1/4 coil primary; Black-white (ignition switch +12v) to coils common.

So I should just solder and heat shrink these connections and call it a day?

Yep. I'd remove that extra section of wire in each unless you really need it for something. Shorter the better, fewer connections the better too.
