This is always happening with eBay... They used to be a fair trade company.. With all the scams and crap going on.. I lost my paypal account and funds in it due to a scammer..

This, Paypal wants me to give them nearly a grand and a half because some guy who bought a 6 bolt, tranny, and t-case and 2.3L stroker interals to go in said sixbolt filed a dispute after coming and picking them up in person.

He just filed a dispute, said it was never shipped, I put that he picked up in person. Paypal automatically sided with him. But they will never see a dime from me. When they called trying to collect I told em to kiss my ass, the guy came and picked the shit up and I had a bill of sale he signed with no warranty.

Good thing you made him sign, that's a scam buyers try to pull if they come pick it up. Decent people are becoming rarer these days...

I'm so fuggin sure Vang can't sleep right now and waiting to see that car. He better check everything before even starting the engine. I'm sure the company is going to F him over some how. Probably sugar in the gas tank or crappy 86 octane gas .
The only flaw in the car is that this year Nissan made some mistakes in their design. Tranny happens to be one of the weaker link.

Reminds me of the guy who saved up enough pepsi points for the Harrier jet and didn't get it. I hope this guy gets the GT-R and alot more out of that dealership.

As you probably know, no publicity is bad publicity (see almost all the many media stars). Not to mention the company comes on top for having gone through the deal and blaming ONE employee, i.e. the company looks good as being the big person for having gone on the buyers side vs their own employee.
