Guage help please, only have speedo

Hi, I have a 1993 Eagle Talon TSI. I just bought it last month and the car has had a lot of work done to it from the previous owner. He said he completely rebuilt the engine and put in new internals. Here's a list of mods that I can think of:

20g Turbo (ebay I'm assuming cause it has "turbocharger" stamped on it)
FMIC
Some sort of aftermarket intake with a short ram filter
550cc injectors
HKS 272/272 cams
FRC intake
boost guage
HKS GCC
HKS VPC
A'Pexi S-AFC2
Deleted the cat
Replaced the original fuel pump with a Ford Probe fuel pump (suggested from a friend of the previous owner)
No MAF or any type of air flow sensor

Here's my problem.. I only have the speedo working on the original guages. The tach, fuel guage, oil pressure gauge, and temp guage do not work. Any ideas?

And tonight on my way to get a new radiator cap because the old one was worn out and instead of holding pressure it just vented out the cap and blew antifreeze everywhere.. as you can guess it overheated. Now got lots of white smoke, towed it back to the base and get to put in a head gasket now... yay.

Well the speedo is mechanical, the rest of it is electronic. I would first try pulling the gauge cluster and see if the plug hasn't broken free from the dash, then go from there.
