how much HP to the wheels would i be putting down with a FMIC, BOV, air filter, and catback exhaust? this is on a 2g eclipse GSX or GST

Are you using a stock turbo? I wouldn't expect an FMIC to help any at all on the t-25. Stock cars dyno somewhat around the 170 range so with upped boost you can get close to 200 easy.

your question is kinda of vague, it varies on different cars, and if your car is tuned or not, i'd say just to throw some numbers out, to the crank i'd say anywhere from 190hp-240hp, and to the wheels around 180-220 but with AWD you lose more power through the wheels, so the GS-T would yield higher numbers!

There are way too many variables involved that prevent us from being able to accurately determine the data you're looking for. The members of this site strongly suggest taking it to the track or the dyno instead of having people here make random guesses.

Wow, No. Anyone that gives you an answer is incorrect, Sorry. You need to take the car and put it on a dyno. That is the only way you will ever know.

Get a fuel pump and a boost controller. Obviously get a logger if you're going to turn the boost up! Water injection? Read up about that, There are ALOT of threads. It really depends how much you're looking to spend.
