Ok, so I've had this car about 2 months now. It's a 92 gsx. Here's a list of what I've done. Emissions delete, allll emissions. Cat delete. 2.5" turboback. 8.5mm MSD wires. small 16g turbo. MBC. 3" upper intake piping. A/C condenser delete and all piping. CC delete. And alot of clean up. Here's the thing though...I have a bit of an idle issue. In park and neutral i idle fine. In any other gear, it idles down to around 400-500rpm and tries to die, sometimes does. Car pulls great with the new turbo in and I'm running 14lbs of boosts. On gauge in DRIVE, it's only reading -10hg. In park at idle, it's reading -20hg. Any suggestions?

Oh, yes, I have checked for boost/vac leaks. None :)

The EGR will leak if it doesn't have a pressure source connected to it. I just went through this same ordeal on my Talon last week. My car was idling at 500 RPMs even though it was set for 900, and it would eventually stall if I let it idle long enough. I removed the EGR and installed a block-off plate, and all is well now.
