1G GSX starter or maybe electrical

So the story goes like this. I was making a simple u turn where i stalled. Went to turn it back on and nothing. Lights, dash, windows, audio all work. Tried jump, checking as many connections i could find but everything looks and feels solid. I knowits simple too

If your car is running and fails then one of the 3 main components has been removed.
Spark
Air
Fuel


Test your coil pack, power transistor.
Test injector resistor box.

It runs fine if you pop the clutch, it just wont turn on its own.

If it doesn't crank, first clean and tighten battery terminals (and then starter ones if you can get at them).

If you get the starter going and it grinds slow even with a good battery, best plan on a starter replacement. The four brushes mounted on the end cap of the reduction section of the starter are toast.

I'm facing that issue. Gonna have to ramp up the vehicle, craw under and remove the starter and get a new, or reman one for reinstall.

check if the starter is even getting signal from the key by checking for the 12v when the key is turned to START

"12V" is one of the dash light right, i just saw ur replies. About to see if i can make magic happen.

Like one click.....or smaller clicks. Could be a battery. Would answer the light question, starter click, and no start. If you have a really dead battery you car wont run and sometimes wont even jump if its discharged fully. I work at a Honda dealer and Ive seen that a bunch of times.

My clutch pedal isnt pushing the safety switch when i go to start. I pushed it manually and it started right up

Any hardware store has this sorts of stuff .. uses washers as spacers if needed.

Anyone know how to install a suspension. Im talkin shocks struts and springs. Mine are 22 yrs old and showing age
