I am wanting to know if there is any other twin disc setups out there for GST besides Competetion Clutch and Clutch Masters. Does QM make a twin disc setup for GST's? Let me know I am almost to the point in my build to buy one. Also I see they make different kinds of disc for twin disc setups. What would be the best for a car that is going to be making close to 700hp and seeing more in the future?

GST and GSX uses the same clutch.

GST and GSX uses the same clutch.
The flywheel is smaller on the GSX on a 7 bolt. So it shouldn't be the same. Twin disc setup comes with the flywheel and everything so it won't come in contact with the starter properly.

not sure if they can put a FWD ring gear on the flywheel or if it's built in on all the twins, but there's a possible option, why wouldn't yo want the QM or the gear drive that Tim Zimmer helped pioneer? i mean if you're going for the best, might as well get the best.

YOu always also have the option in was told when i was FWD and that's if you're gonna make twin disk power then you need to have an AWD trans built and use it as FWD with a welded center diff, they're stronger with more vailable upgrades for gears and such as well as having better ratios and the parts don't itnerchange from everything i've been told from FWD to AWD internals and i've been in this game over 12-13 years now

I have already bought a TRE built FWD trans. So for now yes going to be staying with the FWD trans. If I do go AWD trans with a FWD center diff I will be going with a Wavetrac center diff. Im also having two extra trannys built for back up that I had sitting in my garage.

you can't put a different center diff to use AWD trans in FWD you have to weld it,and FWD don't have a center diff... I bought a TRE back then and bought the FWD model, built from OEM new trans, i had it three years, sold it to keltalon and he broke itin a few days, had a quaife LSD in it and all, but after swapping my car to AWD in general i LOVE the ratios of the AWD trans, there's no HUGE gap from 2-3 like the FWD unit

Well when I get to the point of buying the TRE converted trans then I will be looking at it then but I am not at that point yet.
