EVERYONE, so I have been having issues with my Greddy S Bov. It just seems weaker in the tone it gives off. Im 100% vented with a GM maf setup and 2g translator v2.02. I have it dialed in to the oem setup with 450cc injectors ect. My idle is good, but the bov is acting up. I took it apart to check for rips in the boot, ect and found nothing. I did however see its running a large spring and a smaller one. Ones obviously stiffer then the other, so I thought maybe it was too much pressure for my 14b to buildd up air. So went with the stiffer larger spring, and at idle the diafram is stuck open, causeing it to wistle and blow out air. when you give it trottle it closes from the VAC pressure, but even when you let off throttle it just gives a hushhhhhh sound very faint. Even at 10psi its still hushhhhhhhh, sounds like Im recirculating. Now I found out the adjustment screw was stripped, so I drilled it and retaped it. Now SAME thing grrrrrr. I reved it in the parking lot and I saw the BOV wasnt even opening when trottle is let off. This is prob WHY my car loose 100% trottle power when driving. I messed with it some more and now I have the nice greddy S sound everyone loves, BUT car still looses trottle if you go up in the 5k+ range RPM. The diafram seems to be sticking? Errrr its so agravating because when it goes husshhhhhh it dont hold boost. It stays at 0 psi until I give it more gas and make it boost. the car ALWAYS boost, but its not sending a reading to my gauge. HELP PLEASE
. On side note, she still CUTS off at higher RPM after quick shift. Almost like the piston in the BOV stays wide open, and then when it seats again, I get my trottle back. WTF
