i have a greddy rs bov and it sounds awsome, loud, i had type s before but i like the rs
big different:thumb:

i wonder why mine makes no sound, does the hard and soft make any difference?

yea when its on soft you hear the bov at low rpm, on hard you have to rev it high, i keep it on soft for the sound

The greddy rs does in fact sound a little less louder than the type s, wether it's vented or recirced. I have heard both these bov in person and from experience i would say the type s is nicer sounding and louder.
If you are on the t25 and bought the intake for that turbo you will not have a problem. That intake will also fit the 16g's mouth.

i sure hope it fits, the lips dont look too much diff in size...i guess we wills ee how much that changes the sound

when I cut my dump tube my bov got almost silent, the air blowing directly onto the impellor blades made a chirp sound and when i cut the dump tube out it turned in almost a sigh I could barely hear it, then i got hard intake piping and it came alive again...but quiet is better, it get you less unwanted attention.
