This boost controllers a bi***. I have the evo III ported, the walbro 255, ect...(look at profile). I want to run at least 15 psi in it but every time i set it for that it will either spike up to 15 and then back down to 11. After this happened i turned it up even more so it would spike at 17 and it would hit the warning even though i turn that up to 21. It doesnt make any sense i just want to run 15 or 16 psi with my new turbo and the controller isnt working. I just need some pointers on what to set it to. thanks :dsm:

Start by lowering your GAIN setting. How much did you set it at?

is that not right? should i lower the boos setting and raise the gain?

Your gain setting is fine.

Your boost setting is too high. You should start low, like 30-40% and then set it higher in 5% increments.

Set your warning at 21PSI as usual and for safety sake, set it also to L99 so your boost reverts to stock in an event of a surge.

Goodluck.
