Greddy Evo2 and its resonator

Do any of you guys know if the resonator(s) on the evo2 exhaust necks down like the N1? I know the N1 resonator necks down to smaller than 2 inches. Im going to be picking up a the non stainless Thermal exhaust (5 inch tip) for 150 with dp. Its a little rusted but I can fix it up. I was wondering if I I should just put the thermal on or resell it and get the evo2 exhaust, which is the exhaust I really want. I want a quiet exhaust and Ive read the thermal has a nice tone but just because it has a nice tone doesnt necessary mean its quiet. however, if the quietness of the evo2 is due to a neck down on the resonator, then I might reconsider and put on the thermal. I would just go with the thermal, im pretty sure theres only one spot on those where it necks down(to bolt up to the stock cat). My HK$ was the same way as the EVO2, necked down to less then 2 inches through both resonators(2) so i got rid of it and got a full 2.5 inch VRS 02 back and this thing is so nice and straight through. Another option if your worried about sound is having one custom made, go to an exhaust shop, tell them how big you want the exhaust, and have them weld a few resonators in it without any neckdowns.
