great sounding exhaust that isn't loud???

ok here's my problem, almost all the dsm's around here have a harsh sounding exhaust,i don't want anything like that on my car. my brother has a s2000 and he went with mugan and its the best sounding exhaust i have heard on a honda period, but its pricey,i was wondering do we have anything close to making our cars sound beautiful, without braking m neibors window from being so loud? i don't mind spending a lot of money on it..........

can 3" piping bolt up to the stock turbo/manifold of a 1g talon awd? there is a guy here that does them and idk if it can be done on the stock turbo? I've heard this is a big power adder because of how restrictive the stock exhaust is. I want to run 3" down pipe, cat delete, to a flowtech afterburner, than out through a tip. I really do not like cans, just because everyone here has them bolted on to stock honda with a gutted cat and it just annoys me.
