I've seen HPDE's as low as $150 and as high as $350.

In Texas at the track I was attending, the typical rate was $180 and +$10 if you ran a timing transponder.
 
AutoX is usually around $40, it's a bit cheaper with an SCCA membership so if you plan on doing a few a year it's worth it.

As for track days it really varies. Sometimes you get a random lapping day for $100 at a less than great track (still fun though). For the better tracks with instruction you're talking $200+ a day. I know at Watkins Glen it's typically $260ish a day.
