Good price? 90 laser rs turbo

ok guys i have been looking for a inexpensive 1g for the longest time and i think i may have found it! its a red 90 plymouth laser rs turbo fwd with 143,xxx miles on it. the body is a little rusty on the bottom no rust on fenders. paint still shines nicely. interior is extremely clean not missing anything at all. the thing about this car is that it is 100% stock!!!!! still has factory exhaust still has stock shifter knob it even has the stock bov cover on it! right when i saw the engine bay i was blown away i have never seen a completely stock 1g ever! the car runs good shifts smooth no grinds. only cons are that the passanger side headlight does not go down. the motor for it might be bad. it has 4 pinky size holes in the roof which is weird and the front bumper is like pushed in at the bottom looks like this / hes asking 3k cause its stock i think i can get him to 2k buy saying the things thats wrong and needs fixing. what do you guys think? should i do it? will post pics soon
