im am looking at buying a 1995 eagle talon tsi with 148000 it seems to be kept up very well. it has a very long list of mods and the guys says with the right tuning it can produce over 400whp. the only problem with it is it needs the cas re wired, and the turbo timer re instaled

Apexi N1 turbo back exhaust 3
AEM wideband
Delphi 680 cc injectors
Walbro 190 lph fp
BC 272/272 Cams
Socketed EPROM ecu burn chips with a burner and data logger
Dejon intake
Turbo XS mbc
LSD rear end
B/S eliminator kit installed
fmic and 3 inch intercooler piping all the way from the turbo to the throttle
Stage 4 XTD clutch + pressure plate
Fidanza Flywheel 8lbs
1g CAS for timing control

I was just wondering if 148000 miles are to many on a car with these types of mods and if wiring a cas would be a big trouble, the guys is only asking 2500 for it. thanks for your time and help.
 
i just got back from looking at the car everything looks realy nice on it. there was a little rust on the trunk latch, and small parts or the subframe are starting to rust a little but i going to weld some metal to it to fix that problem.and i managed to talk him down to 1600 with out a trade. im going to pick it next weekend hopefully! thanks for all the help everyone.
