The triangle one on top is the bov, you hook that to a vacuum source post throttle blade and it should be one single line, no t's. Onthe round one, your wastegate, it needstk go to a direct boost source, such as the compressor housing, or j-pipe. You can also have a manual boost controller plumbed in the wastegate line to control boost.

Hi

I just wanted to add this. I have been to almost 8 psi just by testing the talon by revving. But the Greddy RS bov isn;'t blowing off the way its supposed to. I heard compressor surge during most/all Blow offs. So i did the Single spring mod on it. Now it blows off,and closes really fast. The pressure that is left in there will be heard by compressor surge. The BOV vacuum nipple is linked with the nipple on the WG. Would this be a problem causer for the surge? Turbo is a big 16G and intake pipe has been changed to a DEJON pipe for a 1G

The bov should not be connected with the wastegate...it should have it's own vacuum line.

The wastegate should be connected to it's own dedicated boost source...as in tap the j-pipe and connect it there :thumb:
