I hate when people refer to turbos by trim.

:D Its a bad habbit but I understand that trim isnt the actual size blah blah techno babble

and I have not run it over 18 psi yet:D

Trust me you havent felt anything yet. I dont know about the bolt-on 30r's but even up to 28psi it will feel good, but once you go above 30 is a whole different ballgame:thumb:

Its a better than when you ask a "honda" guy what turbo they are running and they tell you its a T3/T4.

ROFL ROFL ROFL Funniest and most true post this year!

I always thought the best answer was, "Dude I run a Stage _____ (insert number in blank).

50-trim is ok because the T3/T4 50-trim compressor wheel is seemingly the only one with that trim that seems usable on our cars. Same with 57-trim. But don't say 60-trim and stuff like that. I just wish all people understood what they're saying before they say it.

Other than that, oztofrdsm is exactly right. I've heard Honda people on more than one occasion do that shit. "I have a T3/T4. Compressor is .70 a/r. It's a beast. I'm looking for 500whp on race gas and NAWWWZZZZ."

HAHA i just forgot about the "I have a T3/T4 with a .60a/r intake and .48 exhaust" every time i hear that i just wanna spinkick the shit out of them

I cant remember the sites, but i know my friend levi, or dsm007 bought a 20g compressor wheel and cover and just swapped the wheel and cover had it balanced and i believe clipped. definatly a cheaper alternative if your looking for a quick, cheap and definatly good upgrade you should consider this.

Im not really a fan of batered 20Gs at all, never seem to put down anything impressive to me.

If I remember right, 20G was first in the 11s on a DSM.

What about the bastard 20g. But it looks like a 16g:sneaky: .

Has anybody ever seen/ridden/owned one.

No its not, but I do know the one your talking about.

But im sure you have seen this one, its a decnt 1991 COUPE.

It has Bronz rims in the rear for the DRs and up from has gun metal rims, or 2 spares being used as skinnys.

If your at Da Grove alot you will see it

18psi by 3600rpm... That's pretty awesome. Further backing up my statement that my next turbo will be a BB 50-trim, a GT3071, or a GT30R.
You could also look into AGP's GT3082R (aka GT3040R), or a GT3076R. If GT series efficiency and spool is not as important to you, Full-Race (http://www.full-race.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=214_162) has T3/60-1, T61, T67 hybrids available as well.

Sorry man, I have no clue who you're talkin about...plus I'm from madison. My favorite DSMers are down in Lake Barrington.

the thread title is dumb becuz everyone is gonna have their own opinions and goals. with what you have and what you want, i would go with a fp3052, it's bb, flows crazy, and fp turbo's are amazing.

Devo Tuning? Nice....

I wouldn't recommend a Bastard 20g as an upgrade from an evoIII, but as far as the fastest sleeper turbo ever... "Its just a 14b man"....Ya, that would be the one to pick...In Chicago theres a big racing scene here, so anything sleeper is :thumb:

The Bastard will probably have better top end, at the sacrifice of the quick spool 16g...

Honestly, 50trim is probably the best pump gas turbo you can find....FP GReen FTW:rocks:

My GT3251 died on me, so I'm going back to an Evo3 16G. I'll hold on to this for about a year then I'm moving up to a Garrett GT3071R so I can still have that midrange power that I'll need for road racing.
