Does anyone have any pics of a blowthrough setup installed with the GM MAF and Translator? I would like to run a larger less restrictive intake/ intake piping to spool my car faster, but i am unsure on where and exactly how to place the GM MAF in the UICP. Pictures and any other help would be appreciated. Thanx

I don't have any pics, but I put it right before the throttle body elbow. I had to cut a few inches off of my UICP, but it was the straightest part I could find in my piping setup. Just as long as you keep it as straight as possible, anywhere after the BOV (for blow through) should be just fine.

2 seconds of searching the gallery came up with this...

go check out my gallery i have pics of my setup. i slapped the translator right on the side of the fuse box and i purchased the intake and uicp from dejon tool. it comes precut and beaded. a really nice piece. hope that helped

I also use a Dejon upper IC ppe designed for the MAF in a blow thru position. Plus you get a wide open elbow that bolts to the Throttle body. Check it out at www.dejontool.com There was a bolt hole right behind the air filter that I bolted the translator to. Nice & neat!
