Since I don't use nor intend to use an safc i really do not understand but that's OK. I also have my filter outside the engine bay in the stock IC location and have pics but would have to email them to anyone interested.
I am happy with my set-up and I am confidant i will be able to tune 20PSI on pump with the translator and AFPR. Mark
that's giving SAFC users more credit that they deserve
The SAFC is basically the entry air/fuel tuning device. It's super generic and can be used on almost any car but deffinetly does thet trick for injector compensation and precision tuning on the dyno or the streets. Like you said though, drastic atmospheric changes will require a new tune.
